There are 4 uncut sections with 12 pairs of connections and then various setups with 1 to 4 connections as pictured. Some still have screws attached -- a small bonus.
It looks like Radio Shack currently sells these for $2.99 for 12.

UPDATE on 2011.09.09: I found another full barrier strip. That adds 12 more pairs of wires bringing the total to 90.
