Track cleaning car

BM 70056 box car fitted with a floating track cleaner pad between A and B ends. Track cleaner made by sandwiching magnets for weight and metal fragment pickup. Fine sandpaper is glued to the bottom of the magnets. The magnets have a pair of nails that slip through two holes in the bottom of the box car.
